What you're paying for

eulope.com is a managed control plane for servers you own. The compute, storage, and network capacity of your apps live on infrastructure you rent directly from a third-party VPS provider of your choice. We charge a monthly subscription to manage the setup, the upgrades, and the dashboard.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. When you do: your apps keep running on your server. We stop driving deploys for you and we stop billing you. We do not delete data from your VPS — that's yours to manage.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your VPS bill paid. We can't manage a suspended server.
  • Don't deploy applications you don't have the legal right to run.
  • If you rotate access credentials outside our UI, our deploys will start failing until you give us the new credentials.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep your server healthy, but the underlying infrastructure (the VPS, the OS, your apps' upstream dependencies) is operated by third parties and we make no guarantee about uptime. If our control plane goes down, your apps on your server keep running.
